STORIES OF STRENGTH
Lung Cancer Advocacy Summit

Help us double lung cancer survival by 2022! Join survivors, patients, family and friends to learn how you can help bring the national lung cancer movement to your community.
The 6th Annual Lung Cancer Advocacy Summit will feature three days of interactive training sessions led by grassroots advocacy experts. At this year’s Summit, you can learn how to work with the National Lung Cancer Partnership to:
- Organize successful fundraising initiatives
- Educate your community about the disease and opportunities to get involved
- Craft your awareness message to inspire change
- Reduce the stigma of the disease
- Contribute to the scientific research process
- Develop an action plan to achieve your advocacy goals
- And much more!
The Summit also includes an expert-guided tour of the University of Texas Southwestern’s lung cancer research laboratories.
