The National Lung Cancer Partnership’s 3rd Annual Advocacy Summit, held April 22-25 in Tampa FL, was an inspiring success! We were thrilled to welcome 80 advocates from around the country so they could learn from professionals and each other about how they can personally make a difference in the fight against lung cancer.

The goal of the annual Advocacy Summit is to empower advocates by giving them the tools, knowledge and courage to become confident and effective advocates for lung cancer research and awareness.

For the first time, this year’s Summit included an advanced track for participants who attended a previous Summit.

Summit workshops included many advocate presenters sharing stories of success. These inspiring presenters showed what can truly be accomplished at a grassroots level.
