Hayley McDaid, PhD Hayley McDaid, PhD, Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University
Dr. McDaid investigated how lung cancer cells respond to new classes of drugs that specifically target the dysfunctional growth of cancer cells, and how the cells become resistant to the effects of these drugs. Dr. Plass investigated how lung tumor tissues from males and females differ in the way that DNA is modified within the cancerous cells.
